FlareLine is a series of spice blends built on the harmony of aroma and heat. The habanero — a byword for fierce heat — is not the lead here. It is blended in as a quiet heat that draws out aroma and savour. It settles into any stage of cooking — frying, simmering, grilling, marinating, finishing — opening the aroma, drawing the outline of the flavour, bringing a spark and a deliciousness to the dish. Made only from 100% plant-derived ingredients, with no additives and no salt. A new staple from Inspice, made to bring out what your cooking already has.

The flavour of MELLOW FIRE

Sweetly scented spice, melting into a heat held at the core. The sweet aroma of Ceylon cinnamon and star anise, with the deep body of cacao nibs. Beneath that gentle flavour the habanero holds everything up from within, giving a spice character with real depth that never leans on sweetness.

How to use it

About the heat

The heat in FlareLine is not the strength of chilli put out in front.
Selected habanero is blended in finely judged amounts, designed as a heat that lifts the aroma and savour of the ingredients.

Not a sharp burn that stays in the mouth, but a comfortable warmth that comes slowly, after the aroma has opened out.

Balance and finish are adjusted so that even those who do not care for spicy food can use it without worry.

Built for the shake at the end

Take fried chicken. Dusting it before frying works well, but even a little heat can put it out of reach for children. So the adults take theirs onto the plate and give it one shake of FlareLine. Picturing that everyday scene, we built a blend that tastes right as a finishing shake. On hot dishes and cold ones alike — salad, carpaccio, sashimi.
