When payment is taken
Payment is confirmed when the order is placed.
Delivery
For items we hold in stock, and where no date is specified, we dispatch within one to six business days of the order. Delivery may take longer at busy times.
Returns
If we send the wrong item or a faulty one, we accept returns within seven days of delivery on the terms below. We are not able to offer exchanges.
- To return an item, please email us within three days of delivery, stating the reason.
- Where the fault is ours — a faulty item, the wrong item, or damage in transit — we cover the cost of return delivery, of sending a replacement, and any fee involved in refunding you.
- For returns for reasons of personal preference, the cost of return delivery and any transfer fee for the refund are yours to bear.
- Please return chilled items by chilled delivery.
We are not able to accept a return when
- more than four days have passed since delivery
- the product tag, price label or other labelling has been removed
- the item has been used
